The Wedding
Podcast.
Your wedding — and your love story — produced as a podcast.
"There’s something about the voice in your ear — it’s the most intimate form of
communication we have. It goes directly into your nervous system."
Your wedding weekend, produced as a podcast.
The Wedding Podcast is an audio documentary of your wedding weekend — made by our award-winning audio journalists and podcast producers. Your love story, told through your voice and the voices closest to you, turned into a podcast and keepsake you’ll return to forever.
This is audio journalism applied to one of the most meaningful weekends of your life.
The founder of Hearsay Studio created this offering because he kept going to weddings (and other big events) that were so beautiful, so much damn work to put on, and so fleeting — especially for the couple getting married — and realized there needed to be a better way to document the big day. So he decided that he would help to capture these incredible weekends in the medium Hearsay considers the most magical — and visual — of them all: audio.
Audio works differently than a camera. The microphone disappears into the room — and suddenly you have something that captures the actual texture of a moment: the depth and warmth in someone's voice, the nervous exhale before the vows, the eruption of a group that just heard the best roast of their lives. It captures what a room feels like from the inside — the stuff that tends to get lost in the moment. The tape rolls. Nothing is lost.
The ceremony. The kibitzing. The toasts. The roasts. The stories no one wrote down. The music you chose and love, woven throughout. Let us capture all of it in this highly bespoke and premium podcast series.
Imagine years from now — on that road trip, at an anniversary dinner party, telling your kids the story of how you came together — queuing up your podcast and being transported back. It also serves as a wedding gift you can share with people who were there, and an even better one for those who couldn't make it.
As far as we know, no one else is doing this. We’re glad you found us. Let us create you the podcast of your dreams — and make your wedding stand out from the rest.

Hosted by your hilarious uncle, your unsavory friend, your goofy niece, whoever can get behind the mic. We’ll provide some prompts for them. Or Hearsay can host on your behalf.

The message booth
A little podcast booth with a microphone. Guests leave you a voice message whenever it feels right — no pressure, no performance.

❤️ Your Love Story
Your love story, in your own words and/or the words of the people closest to you. Where you met. What changed. The small moments that became everything. Told as a mini documentary. (We’ve been told that the quick interviews done for this, done well in advance of your wedding, can serve as an amazing resource for your wedding officiant and their preparation.)
💍 The Wedding Ceremony
Authentic moments from the ceremony — the vows, the reactions, the silence before, the eruption after. Plus all the little sweet and raw moments happening in between the official moments.
💬 The Schmooze & Hang
The cocktail-hour confessions, the catch-ups with old friends, the toasts that aren’t quite toasts —and all the loose, candid, hilarious in-betweens that make the weekend feel like itself.
🍾 Toasts & Speeches
All those beautiful, hilarious, and tear-soaked speeches — and roasts, of course — impossible to fully absorb in the moment. Captured cleanly, edited beautifully, and delivered to you so you can actually hear every word.
💌 Blessings of Love
Blessings, unsolicited wisdom, and wishes of love from the people who love you most — collected as voice memos beforehand and/or recordings the day of — stitched and woven into a special keepsake episode.
🎞️ Everything In Between
Everything that happens around the official moments — the getting-ready, the in-between beats, the candid feelings. The texture of the weekend, captured. Or, whatever else you can imagine for an episode.
You, if any of this sounds like you.
📚 Story-lovers
You love stories and well-produced media and narrative. Or you listen to podcasts. And you believe your wedding deserves to be heard, felt, and remembered like it was an episode from This American Life or Radiolab.
💑 Couples who want something different
The photos are booked. The video is covered. You're looking for the thing that does what neither of those can — capture the feeling of actually being there.
🎉 Big-family, big-feeling weddings
You have a lot of people with a lot of love to share. You want to capture the whole of it — not just the posed moments.

Anniversary Documentary
Return to the beginning. A mini audio doc looking back at your wedding day and the year — or years — since.
Video Podcast
Your podcast, on screen. We pair the audio with footage our or your videographer captures — great for sharing with people who prefer to watch.
Any event worth remembering
is worth podcasting.
The Wedding Podcast is the signature offering — but the format works for any occasion where people gather, stories get told, and the room is full of feeling.
🥂 Galas & Fundraisers
The keynotes, the tributes, the table conversations. A podcast captures the energy of an event in ways that a recap email or highlight reel simply can't — and gives donors and guests something to take home.
✡️ Bar & Bat Mitzvahs
The speeches. The toasts. The moment the kid kills it on the bimah. A podcast episode for a coming-of-age celebration is one of the most meaningful things you could hand a family.
🎂 Milestone Birthdays & Anniversaries
50th birthday. 25th anniversary. The big ones. Guests travel for these. Stories come out. A podcast captures it all — and becomes the gift that outlasts the party.
💼 Corporate & Conference Events
Panels, fireside chats, keynote sessions — produced and distributed as a podcast series. An easy way to extend the reach of an event far beyond the room.
🌅 Retirement Celebrations
Decades of work, friendships, and stories — concentrated into one evening. A retirement podcast captures the tributes and the laughs before they fade.
✨ Something Else
Got an event that doesn't fit a category? Reach out. If people are going to gather, talk, and celebrate — there's probably a podcast in there.

Get in Touch“When you hear somebody’s voice, it’s so much more powerful… like, really, as this tape was playing, beat by beat, moment by moment, I feel like I’m experiencing this conversation the same way I did 30 years ago… and pictures cannot do that.”— Ira Glass, This American Life
